One of the worst experiences I have had. Brought my car in because my car stalls at a certain cold temperature only. Because Lexus doesn't know the reason they are trying to convince me I need a new Transmission. I had the parts in my Transmission replaced that they were saying it was and they are still saying its your Transmission. It went from torque converter (replaced) to transmission speed sensor (replaced) now thier saying its the solenoid. Which is a lie because they were replaced with the torque converter. I have a 2009 Lexus sedan that had been getting serviced at a nearby Auto Shop. When a major rack & pinion repair was quoted by them, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I called and got John Clutter as my representative. He was awesome and answered my many questions and got me an appointment to come in the next day. I waited in their very comfortable waiting area and was told that the $4k repair was not necessary and they could just replace the boots and transmission fluid.
