I have a 2009 Lexus sedan that had been getting serviced at a nearby Auto Shop. When a major rack & pinion repair was quoted by them, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I called and got John Clutter as my representative. He was awesome and answered my many questions and got me an appointment to come in the next day. I waited in their very comfortable waiting area and was told that the $4k repair was not necessary and they could just replace the boots and transmission fluid.
