Lexus Perth has been nothing but disappointing. From the moment I signed up, communication was almost non-existent. Once the delivery date blew out, they showed no interest in helping or keeping me updated, yet they were quick to take a $5,000 deposit and sit on it for over 10 months earning interest. It’s unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as “luxury” to treat customers this way. Poor communication, zero accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. Would not recommend.

Lexus is the best. Yonne is so helpful nothing is too much. She is the perfect salesperson helpful, honest, not pushy, genuinely offering great service. The car is so comfortable and so easy to park. Love it. Also was given a box of beautiful gifts wine etc to celebrate. Thank you Lexus Perth
We recently purchased our new Lexus and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Yvonne Ng, and manager, Tim Low, were both incredibly attentive and professional. There was an unexpected hiccup (completely out of their control), but they handled it seamlessly, keeping us looked after the entire way. The handover of the car was a wonderful experience.
