I dropped off my vehicle at this collision center on May 2nd, and the experience since then has been an absolute nightmare. I won’t completely say this place is terrible, there are some good people and it seems like they wanted to help. But they clearly drained my battery the week they had it and pinned the blame on my car when it had zero prior problems…
Took my Subaru Crosstrek here for Hail Damage and took 4 months to get repaired! Vehicle was not even involved in an accident. The entire time milking my insurance for more and more damages just to get more money and drag out the process. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I see there are lots of good reviews but my car has been there for almost a month and no one has followed up with me. Absolutely no follow-up calls. I have called and emailed and Donna Mirander has told me several times that she will call me with an update, but nothing. I pray I am never in a collision again but I certainly won't use this location.
