My experience has been great! Most recent visit was due to tire pressure was getting low. I called the service department late in the evening and they got me in the very next day and fixed my tire! Jose was my service advisory who was very extremely supportive and helpful!

I certainly appreciate the level of attention and concern when I brought my 2020 RX 350 in for service. Christopher made it so much easier. I was very concerned about the warning messages I had received on my car, but the Service center resolved the issue, and I was pleased that it was covered by my extended warranty.
