what a joke.. a new 53,000 car and i should be happy no? well after they tinted the windows I got it back with a 15 inch scratch in the window, theyfirst said it was a 'water spot" until they felt it and it was cut into the glass.. then they said.. it must of been there when you bought it..(ok you sell scratched cars?) we will remove the door and replace the glass.. well.. they did and in the process dented the door..I get that removed(still there) and they ruin the door plate(looks like 3 yrs old) and say well thats happens... read more
