Gene is good. Rayn added more stuffs we don’t ask so we have to tell him to remove when doing paperwork. not right way to add b4 talking to customers. or some customers don’t understand and get in to the services they don’t need.

Joseph Green was probably the best sales person if come across in my 72 years. He was always positive and very patient. If you’re going to Lexus Oxnard make your appointment with him.the only reason it’s a 4 star not 5 is when doing the final paperwork multiple mistakes were made and caused us to start over and spend more time.Also the truck needs an alignment that I didn’t notice on the test drive. I’m in San Diego so I can’t take it back to them at this time.
