On 1/15/25, we met with Jessica to put a $1000 refundable reservation on an incoming SUV that was due by end of month. After considering finances, and price quoted verbally, for this SUV we decided to cancel the reservation. On 2/3/25 after talking to Mo (manager) then Lawrance Ayoub, Finance Director, I went to the dealership so that Lawrance could run my card & refund me the $1000.00. This past weekend, I came in for service, and the attention to detail Sandra and her supervisor gave me was beyond my expectations. Sandra went above and beyond in explaining what was required and what could wait until the next service schedule. She spent time going over everything in detail. Thank you, Sandra.
