I got good experience in the process of buying my car, but right after three months I noticed a bubble in one of my tires. Dealership would not replace the nearly bald, non-OEM tires on a certified used car before and after my purchase. Service manager Joel does not cooperate well, is berating and rude. Alignment was never performed on the car before the purchase, nor did they do it when new tires were installed, causing them to wear out. This did not raise any flags with the service team somehow.
