***Long post*** I purchased a brand new 2023 ES 350 Utra Lux at the VB location. It feels like my rotors are defective being that my car shakes when I come to a stop from 35 miles per hr. There is a such thing as defective parts. Not at all a hit on the car itself. Love the car it is the people who work at this location that suck. I’d like to give a “Shout Out” to Michelle with Hendrick Lexus. While on vacation in Kansas City Mo, a few weeks ago, my key fob for my Cadillac starting acting up. I realized the battery needed changing and this was a concern because I was driving back to Texas the next day. I pulled into Hendrick Lexus and asked if they could help me. Michelle was so nice and changed my battery and wouldn’t let me pay her. I appreciate her kindness and customer service!!!
