This is the DEALERSHIP FROM HELL! We purchased a new RZ350 online.We received an acknowledgement that all the papers were signed correctly. We arrived in Miani-one week later . We are picked up and brought to the dealer. Our bags were placed in the car and our personal info put into the car/app, The we are told to go to finance-where this fellow Todd-claims the papers were not [properly executed by my wife-and that the deal must be redone. I went to Lexus of North Miami with the HOPE of purchasing a 2020 or 2021 USED E350 Lexus. I had the MISFORTUNE of having Lena Bautista, as my Sales Agent, and Alfred Utset as the Sales Manager involved with USED CAR SALES . Yesterday, when I inquired about a USED Vehicle, Lena told me that it was not able to be seen,--- because it was CURRENTLY in service for inspection and Cleaning BEFORE it could be shown.
