The service department has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying for two weeks just to get an estimate for my car repair. Every time I call, they say they’ll call me back, but I never hear from anyone. When I try to follow up, I’m left on hold for 10–15 minutes and still don’t get any help. Very frustrating experience and poor communication.
