Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Romaine in sales. We didn’t end up leaving with a new car, but we were extremely impressed by the quality of service and vehicles Lexus had to offer. I would highly recommend Romaine to any one in the market for a Lexus! This kind of customer service and generosity is extremely hard to find.
A great experience start to finish with Lexus of Nashville and my salesperson Greg. They were very flexible in helping me work this deal remotely as I live out of state and getting the vehicle to me. I just want to leave a quick review of my first appointment at Lexus Nashville. I had a coolant leak in my LS 460 (valley plate issue), which is a very common and suspected problem on these beautiful cars. Jason took great care of me and did an excellent job handling a very complicated situation.
