I have always had an amazing experience here! Everyone is professional, helpful, kind, and takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I was updated during the process of my car being fixed and was kept informed. Which I appreciated!! Their communication was excellent and it was reassuring. I have been a loyal Lexus customer especially with this location for over 10 years and it pains me to even write this. I will never get my vehicle serviced here and would encourage you to please review everything before they start work on your vehicle. I scheduled a standard 60,000-mile service and explicitly declined spark plug replacement due to cost. After having a bad experience with McGrath, I found driving the extra 20 min was so worth it. Ethan is THE BEST!! His customer service and care is always top notch. This summer he knew I was in a hurry. I had to return a loaner and pick up my Lexus NX. He had it washed, running, AC on. It made my day.
