After five years being wonderfully taken care of with honesty and transparency at McGrath Lexus in Chicago I expected the same treatment at Lexus of Naperville. I made an appointment for a simple oil change. While I was there I was told I needed a new water pump and quoted almost $4,000 for the repair. I have always had an amazing experience here! Everyone is professional, helpful, kind, and takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I was updated during the process of my car being fixed and was kept informed. Which I appreciated!! Their communication was excellent and it was reassuring. I have been a loyal Lexus customer especially with this location for over 10 years and it pains me to even write this. I will never get my vehicle serviced here and would encourage you to please review everything before they start work on your vehicle. I scheduled a standard 60,000-mile service and explicitly declined spark plug replacement due to cost.
