The service center at Lexus of Naperville has been excellent during the past couple years since purchasing our vehicle. I can make an appointment and have routine maintenance done while I wait. We once had to leave our vehicle, and they arranged for a courtesy loaner in another Lexus. The service advisors thoroughly explain what needs to be done.
