Brought in my 2015 lexus RC 350 to fix 1 sensor and bushing. The vehicle was already inspected by another lexus delarship and an independent authorized lexus technician, and a quote was given. 1st call. SIR, it appears your vehicle was in an accident at 1 point and when they painted the vehicle they painted over the sensors. All 8 need to be replaced. Accident was over 5 yrs ago.. I dropped my car off for service on a Friday morning and recieved a loaner in return to use so I can go to work. When I returned in the afternoon to pick my car up, the dealership could not find my car. First they said they misplaced the key, then they said the key is in the car, and then they couldn't find my car. There was no manager on site to address the issue and after an hour of waiting for them to find my car, my husband had to make them give me a loaner back until they figured out what was going on. I purchased my Lexus in 2019. As I approach the two year mark i have had my vehicle serviced 4 times by this dealership. I have always had the best of service and treatment from all persons I've encountered. Prior to Lexus I had owned my previous vehicle for 14 years. And I had dealt with another brand of car with my spouse. Lexus of Memphis has far exceeded any and every interaction I've ever had with a car dealership. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a Lexus.
Good grief, sometimes people complain just to complain. Lexus of Memphis is a great business and the service department is second to none. All automotive dealerships that have repair departments are expensive because of the expertise they provide. The parts and quality of work is also done by certified mechanics. This company takes advantage of customers because they are the only Lexus dealer in Memphis. The labor charges are outrageous and there customer services cater to certain individuals. They have a very poor way of representing the Lexus name. Customer are not priority. It's what's in the customers pocket they're considered about....So very sad!
Excellent service. Easy to do business with. Would recommend to anyone for buying a new or pre-owned car and to bring your car in for service.
