Had the WORST experience at the service center the other day. I made an appointment over a month and a half ago to take my parents car in for its 25k mile service. Was asked at the time of booking if I would like a loaner car, after asking how long it would take they said an hour and a half, I declined the loaner and figured I could wait. What a mistake.
