I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago from this dealer. They were receomended from a friend of mine. I am not from Manhattan but work in the city. I have been to multiple dealers and could only say that it is a shame that other Lexus stores could not be like this one. My experience at Lexus of Manhattan was excellent. From the beginning, when I was shopping to the moment I decided to lease the Lexus RX 350 the salespeople were friendly and extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions with detail and returned my phone calls in a very timely manner. My wife and I bought a used Lexus RH400 from this dealership about a year ago and I have been quite pleased with the car and the service we have received. Lexus of Manhattan does give you great service, and I'm was very happy with the service I got from Mr. Corriette. They treat you with respect and don't push you to buy at all. So tomorrow is the day I head down to Lexus of Manhattan to pickup my new car.
