Buying the vehicle was okay but terrible follow-up. I only got one fob and they said they’d contact the previous owners to see if they had it. I’d call again about it and wouldn’t get a call back. I’d email, they’d ignore it. Then after two weeks and no title transfer same thing. No calls back and email ignored. I had to get angry to get a response. I thought the issue with my headlights was taken care of. But it turns out I am still having issues. Wish I had had the technician take a look at it. Now will have to drive back from Janesville.
Great place super helpful staff and in the winter paths are cleared and it’s up tight and right
The lounge with refreshments are always fully stocked. Staff are always friendly and positive greats you with a smile definitely feel valued at this dealership!
