I had a great service day at Bergstrom yesterday. They were efficient, thorough and friendly. Vince was the best way to end the day at pick up...he reviewed the job done and answered all my questions. Kevin, in sales, stopped to say "Hi" after all these years. He's someone you can trust to get your next Lexus from. Also Bergstrom has the best waiting room, comfortable and full of amenities.
