Distressing experience for me and my wife. Buyer beware. Recently my wife and I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus IS350 F Sport from Lexus Macarthur in NSW. There is a problem with the front seats, which means we can't use the car. We reported this to them within 41 hours after purchase. We asked to return the car under Consumer Guarantees. Dishonest dealer. Nothing like what is described in the ad. Went to inspect the vehicle and had damages and scratches in quite a number of places on the vehicle despite asking them on the phone prior to coming out for inspection. Try avoiding this dealer if you can.
If Lexus made people the way they make cars, they’d all be like Bailey. Took my 2023 LX500d F-Sport in for a service, and the man ran the whole operation like a Formula 1 pit crew - only friendlier and with a better attitude. He knows the car better than its own ECU, kept me updated the whole way, and had it back to me running smoother than a politician avoiding a question. Absolute top-tier service. Five stars, Bailey is the man!
