I didn't end up buying a second-hand car with this dealership as I found an alternative with higher factory warranty. However, I would like to call out that John and Michael were absolutely great to interact with. They were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with (as opposed to some of the other car dealers I interacted with). If I ever find myself in a need of a car again, I'd check out Lexus of Macarthur's stock as a first option. Easy to deal with, straight forward and understanding.
Absolutely hands down the easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a car. They know their stuff and are very courteous and helpful. They want to sell you a car but they want to ensure it is the right car for you. Michael is a legend, 5 Stars not enough. I'd definitely buy here again.
