I had my car serviced, 2 new tires, breaks and wheel alignment. Michael, Bailey and the team were clear and thorough. The entire process was easy and I felt well looked after. Robert drove me to my location after drop off and my car was delivered to me after the work was completed. Outstanding service. Thank you to the entire staff.

I recently paid a deposit on a vehicle at Lexus Macarthur and have since requested a refund — either full or partial. Shockingly, they are now refusing to return any of the money. After reaching out to several other Lexus dealers, I was told that refund decisions are at the discretion of the dealership. What’s most frustrating is that before I signed anything, the salesperson (Mohammed) verbally assured me that a refund could be issued at any time. That assurance is now being ignored.
