Dealing with Dennis , Dean & Michael was too easy , everyone was very well spoken and gave me constant updates on the car even after sale care was really surprising , they made everything fairly easy with financing the car through emails and over the phone which was super helpful as I work full time. Couldn’t recommend another dealer they were amazing
I was approached by Dean from Lexus Macarthur after he saw my facebook ad for a 2021 Lexus IS350. A few message exchanges and a few phone calls gave me all the confidence I needed to drop the car off a week later to their showroom. Dean and his manager Michael are warm and polite people. The deal was done without fuss (despite me forgetting some critical items (logbook and spare keys)).
