Absolutely pathetic service from Lexus Macarthur used vehicles. Do not buy a car from this dealership if you want what you're promised. A nightmare to get after sales items agreed to in contract. Would not recommend to anyone.
Michael is a fantastic sales manager at Lexus of MacArthur who genuinely looks after his customer. He helped me find a pre owned vehicle with in my budget and even followed up three weeks later to ensure everything was running smoothly, promptly arranging a fix when I mentioned a suspension noise, saying we make sure on perfection. John was also great to deal with. Politely answering all my questions and making the inspection and test drive process easy. Big thanks to both Michael and John. Highly recommended
