What can I say, 10/10 I have bought new cars before but the customer service from start to finish at MacArthur Lexus was excellent, the staff I dealt with were excellent thank you to Mohammad for great communication and a fabulous pick up presentation and info lesson of my stunning black 350h F sport, thank you Michael for your kind, friendly & professional service, I cried driving my car home because she is so amazingly beautiful. 😁
Firstly, Cerge the salesman for used cars was excellent. He brought the car to us, was extremely honest and friendly, and was excellent to deal with. Unfortunately on the day of picking up the car it was discovered the car had some issues with rear wheels and didnt match the advertised description. Although this was a disappointing result, its good it was discovered before driveaway. Apart from that we would love to deal with Cerge again. He was excellent.
