I had a good experience with Charlie in the service department and Lexus did a good job with the repairs. I would recommend them based on the experience of the professional attitude of Charlie in the service department.
This was my first experience with Lexus service in 15 years. What a pleasant surprise. Seamless. So you know. It was the 5000 mile, first big service, and there was minimal work required. But the attention, convenience and speed of the work was terrific. Applause.
