We recently purchased a vehicle at Lexus Kingston and can't say enough great things about Doug, Josh and Concierge Mark. All of the staff are friendly, efficient and attentive and took the time to make sure we had all of the necessary information prior to our purchase. I had the pleasure of buying a 2025 Lexus ES350 from Kingston Lexus this week and it was one of the most exciting experiences in my history of buying cars. The sales people were very courteous and professional, I went there with the intention of buying a car, but I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Josh was awesome to deal with.

I have always HATED car shopping. However, I visited this dealership late on a summer afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and integrity of this dealership, and specifically Josh. After comparing quality to price, I went with a Lexus last week. Josh and Tom took the time to explain and demonstrate "hands-on" all of the new features on the new wheels! I highly recommend this dealership!
High Kudos to Lexus of Kingston. Travelling from Toronto to MTL on Friday and had some tire damage. John in Service took us in and although they did not have a replacement tire, they did rotate the damaged tire to the back, took care of us and even had Dog Treats for our puppy. Back on the road within 45 min. Thank you John and service colleagues for the assist and all at no charge!! Amazing service.
