I had been looking for a Subaru crosstrek, I came across one at the Lexus Kingston dealership. I was introduced to Josh Murray. Right from hello Josh was friendly, professional and very helpful. I really can't say enough about the purchasing experience with this dealership. I stopped in for a couple of test drives with Doug, and when I had more in-depth questions, the sales manager (Josh Murray) took me into his office. I had a problem with Costco installing my new winter tires. Instead of solving the problem, they sent me to the Lexus dealership. From the minute I called the dealership, Ben was proactively working on solving my problem. Along with a very helpful Jett, the two of them solved the problem within 10 minutes. Even though it was neither their fault nor their responsibility. My only regret is that I did not purchase my winter tires from them in the first place.
