While I’ve never bought a car from this dealership I’ve been very impressed by their honesty and customer care. Especially living far away it’s an investment to drive long distances only to be surprised by fees and damage that wasn’t in the pictures. You don’t have to worry about this at Lexus of Kingsport. They are honest about vehicle condition and price. Shout out to Patrick who was respectful, responsive, and great to work with!
