I've dealt with so many dealerships as I've been in the car business most of my life and this place never fails me. They are always courteous, professional and greet you with a smile. By far the best experience I have always comes here and ESPECIALLY in the service department. Come in for an oil change and they clean your car, gauge all your tires INCLUDING the spare ! My wife and I recently bought a 19 year old Lexus and it only had one key. Tori & Braeden set me up with a second key, gave me an in depth inspection, and treated me and just like if it was a new one! I'm impressed with the build build quality of this older Lexus and their level of service especially when good service is hard to find these days! Thank you!

Went in yesterday to look at a used Toyota Prius. I hate trading vehicles in general because of the high-pressure sales tactics generally used by guys in the automotive sales environment. There was NONE of that. We negotiated a little bit on the car, got the price where I felt comfortable... and that was it. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was interested in trading my 4 Runner in for a used Lexus RX350. Blake was helping us. They didn't seem like they cared about making a deal. Tried to low ball me on my trade value, like bad. It's ok though because I went to another local dealership- I got what I wanted on my trade and a better deal on a newer Lexus RX350 with less miles!
