My experience at Lexus of Highland Park was beyond phenomenal, and I do not say that lightly. Imma say Lexus of Highland Park is the best Lexus dealer I’ve been to in Chicago Suburbs. It’s all about the experience, the sales lady (Dana Anderson) is great, shes very helpful and knowledgeable, always answering my text and telling me the information that I need. I normally have a good experience with Lexus of Highland Park, so I was a little surprised by the body parts manager acting so rude when I took my car for an oil change. I let the service department rep know that I wanted to see if my car could be looked at when I made the appointment because part of my front fender was loose. I asked the service rep if I could make an appointment on a Saturday and I was never told that the service department was closed on Saturdays, so the body parts manager's attitude was unwarranted. I drive a bit farther than my other Lexus dealer options to get my service done at Highland Park Lexus. The work is great; the staff is professional and friendly. I trust them; I never feel like they are upselling but instead giving solid advice. When the time comes, I'll shop for my new Lexus at Highland Park Lexus.
