My wife and I worked with Carl, and he was probably one of the best sales people we've worked with before. Honest, transparent, helped us every step of the way. We didn't end up buying as we changed the brand of car we wanted, but if we ever go with a Lexus, we're making the 300 mile drive to work with Carl.
walked in looking for a brand new car and was not greeted by any salespersons except the front desk. No test drive, no nothing. Apparently they have more important customers on the computer than in the showroom! Manager might want to have a chat at the Saturday morning meeting…
The service department is always friendly and efficient.
Very Helpful, Thank you Dana.
