I been to few Lexus dealers and other dealerships in surrounding area and I have to say my experience with Wayne was head and shoulder above the rest. I recently brought in my car to be serviced at Lexus of Highland Park. My contact was Ray Lopez, the acting service manager. The quality of the service provided on my vehicle was excellent as usual. However, there was a misunderstanding and the service department provided more service than what I had requested.
