Great customer service, my kids loved the snacks from the lobby.
Bait and switch shop. Inquired online and said model I wanted was available , the sales person Juan said there were 2 of them , then both sold but higher model available … agreed then told manager said had to charge scam 10k fee for the “propack” which is like insurance for the rims and other stuff I would never have them install. You can’t do a good ceramic in 2hrs , and it just like the old school undercoating nonsense - a way to scam more money out of a customer. Lexus use to be known for a greatly designed car with great honest dealerships. This is sadly turning into the same dishonest practices of other dealerships again. Saw a car , sent in a note , checked availability with online person and said it was available. Had to ask them to reach out a few times and now they had 2 of the car I asked for but both were taken all of a sudden said Juan the rep , and had a higher model in stock.
