Lexus of Highland Park is the only place I will go to service my Lexus. Great customer service every single time!
Today we are giving five stars because of Patrick (think he's one of the technicians). The battery on my mom's 1.5 year old (15k mi) car died inexplicably. We asked why and some mouthy service guy blamed it on inaccurate assumptions about my mom's driving habits (pro tip: some people are just incompetent and agist, ask for someone besides Dino), but Patrick saved the day!! After posting this review, Highland Park finally called us back after not returning phone calls two other times when we requested to speak to the service manager over the last 2 months. Dana Anderson is a treasure to the car-buying world. Her title of "Master Certified Lexus Consultant" is spot on. Far and away the best experience I've had in 30 years of car buying. She answered my mirriad of questions, found the exact car I wanted (and brought it in from out of state!), and did all the paperwork digitally so the car pickup was fast and efficient.
