I was nervous about bringing my car for maintenance service on 4-30-26. I hadn’t had to do this before. I was thrilled that a svc man offered to drive my car into the garage where I was met by Dan Dengler who explained the next steps and escorted me inside to his office and offered me a water. He looked up my car asked me a number of car questions, mentioned that my state inspection was due shortly, asked me if I had any questions - I had a few. The customer service from Dan was great. He was vey professional and my wait time ended up being less than expected.
My service consultant was excellent and information Mr. Daniel Dengler was pleasant and informative helped me a great deal. I really appreciate that.
