First time bring my vehicle to this location, came back with strong smell inside
Twice cut off after long phone wait for service and parts departments
This is my first and definitely my last time going to their service department. Called the Service Department to program a new key fob for my car. Over the phone, I asked what I needed to bring and how much it would cost. They told me it was around $150 + tax and all I needed was my key fob and car title. Went in for my appointment. They said it would cost me an additional $200 an hour to work on it and that it would take 4 hours.
