Had an appt for a set time. Being that we were driving from out of town, we had our schedule planned accordingly with the time frame given to us when we made the appt over the phone. On said phone call, we also mentioned we were going to go out to eat while we waited so as to not waste any time in between. She said that was more than fine. Shannon Hoover was an exceptional help in getting my car repaired quickly, easily, and affordably compared to what I originally was under the impression of. He gave frequent updates on the progress of my car and was almost always available to talk when I needed, making for a great customer experience.
