This is by far the worst service center I have ever been to. Lazy employees working on cars in the back. They also don't listen or follow instructions at all. And to be charged gas for a loaner is poor customer service. I Wouldn't recommend service at this location.
I brought my RX350 in for its 60,000 mile service. I had the pleasure of working with Phillip upon check in and out. Phillip was very thorough in his explanation of the services being covered. He has a very professional and friendly demeanor. Your service department never disappoints.
