I brought my RX350 in for its 60,000 mile service. I had the pleasure of working with Phillip upon check in and out. Phillip was very thorough in his explanation of the services being covered. He has a very professional and friendly demeanor. Your service department never disappoints.
Been going to Colorado Springs Lexus for 22 years since it opened and the staff are incredible. Have owned Lexus cars/suvs since 1994 and they are great vehicles, but the staff from sales to service go WAAAY above the call. On Saturday (29 March) I hit a bump or pot hole on north powers and heard something break. Jazmin was above and beyond. Me and my fiance dealt with 3 dealerships in the past few weeks, and Lexus was a seamless experience with people who cared.
