Initial sales person, Mitch who worked with me retired. Tony Lobello, "sales manager" mimicked me to my face on more than one occasion and cursed at me. This dealer refused to stand behind their product until I threatened litigation. Once they agreed to buy the car back, their used car sales manager, Rick Pease disappeared and "no longer works at Lexus". Lexus of Cherry Hill never paid off the loan. I bought my car at this location 2 years ago and had 2 maintenance services there since then. Today the maintenance service was with Jamie, she is the best. It was perfect-on scheduled time, quick and professional. Waiting area is nice.
