Writing this review for my sales rep Matthew Cross at Lexus central west. Bought a 2021 lexus IS300 from Matt. My first experience buying a car remotely. Didnt even see the car in person. Matt made a good 8 mins detailed video for me showing the exact condition of the car. He showed even the tiniest dots and stone chips on the car in the video. Got all the paperwork done for me arranged the freight for me as well to my doorstep. Highly recomended.
