That is, until Lexus removed remote start capability (that was promised and paid for) and the safety package (including calls emergencies from the car). And when contacted, lexus corporate said “yep, technology changed. Nothing we can do. (Guess you’re out of luck)” Executive leadership at the dealer would not even return the call. And now I find the nitrogen tire filling I paid for hasn’t been done sine they changed my tire caps. I had asked about it and they assured me it was nitrogen. Today I find out it’s not So. Service Center is top notch and the team really takes care of you and your concerns. Special shout to the detail department, Carmen took special care of my vehicle and it looks brand new!
Terrible dealer. The Lexus is nice and buying it was not bad, but the service department argues about everything. Just horrible.
