That is, until Lexus removed remote start capability (that was promised and paid for) and the safety package (including calls emergencies from the car). And when contacted, lexus corporate said “yep, technology changed. Nothing we can do. (Guess you’re out of luck)” Executive leadership at the dealer would not even return the call.
