Decline in service and trustworthiness My wife and I have previously purchased a new LC500 and a new RX350 F Sport from Lexus Brisbane. Wow! What a ride of ups and downs, but we finally got our new car thanks to Benjamin from Lexus of Brisbane Fortitude Valley. He has to be the most amazing and caring sales and customer service person I’ve ever known. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think we would have this car today. Enquired about test driving a new vehicle as we don’t have a local Lexus dealership where we live. Sales member Jaiden was extremely arrogant noting I need to go to my local dealership and that test drive vehicles are usually only allocated to local Brisbane customers.
