Lexus of *** is totally incompetent and unresponsive.. My story is long but that sums it up. I have emailed the General Mgr and Service manager 11/23 and am awaiting their response. if ever. The service advisor has had me call *** twice so far because the car wont start and a couple of days after Lexus recharges it it goes dead again. The *** guys say there is nothing wrong with the battery it just has been drained. Lexus has been little help , the car was back in my drive and as of 11/22 not starting AGAIN.
