I always feel like I matter when I bring in my car. Everyone is so kind, helpful, positive and friendly. I particularly appreciate how well Austin attends to my needs. I always leave with a huge smile!
Tommy was top notch. Listened to my concern, offered solutions, made sure I had a loaner vehicle as well as I made my appointment weeks in advance. They resolved my concern and so far the noise is gone. Over all, beggining to end was 100% satisfactory. This lexus dealership treats people cery well, unlike in san jose area. I have purchased 2 cars here so far and my next lexus will be from here as well. Advisors like Tommy and Brett I believe who has helped me before are the reason this service department excells.
This is my 2nd Lexus and the 3rd time dealing with the Toyota /Lexus family. And all my experiences have been a joy. Specifically Ashley Ryder and , Ken Jones (manager).Ashley has always gone above and beyond for us all 3 times. Lexus is lucky to have her.
