I have 3 friends who rave about their Lexus experiences, and after multiple terrible experiences with the local BMW dealership I am proud to join the family of happy Lexus owners! I called Thursday and spoke with Aryanna regarding a tx they had in stock. She was very polite. Through negotiations with her and Reggie we were able to come to a verbal agreement. I let them know I would not be able to pick up the car for a few days. We were able to negotiate everything over the phone. Once I got there Robbie took care of me!
