Very, very disappointed. I stop for first time to look for a truck, it was about 6pm one of the sales person came out kind of forcing me to give him my information, telling me that my credit score was low just by looking my apearience. Pur based a CR-V at the end of June and paid to have leather seats installed. No one will return my calls. Avoid this place and I certainly wished I would have done more research because it seems this is how they generally operate.

Recently bought an SUV from Nalley Lexus Galleria over two months ago and we still have not received a tag (temporary tag has now expired) due to no title being received by county tag office. Unable to drive the vehicle due to an expired tag and now the bank has started sending me emails regarding the title. STAY AWAY! Bought a 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone. First day sunroof was getting stuck when closing. Long story short truck has been in and out for same issue. This past June sunroof stop working completely and has been at dealer since then. Today is July 26th. I have been given the run around making phone calls to hot line, have been hours on hold and still hasn’t been fixed. Is still sitting in their yard all dusty like a piece of junk. I called Las Vegas Lexus for appointment to do oil change. Tire rotation and top off fluids so I can drive long trip for vacation. Appointments not available there so she scheduled me for Henderson Lexus. Quoted $302. When I drove all the way there lady told me it’s going to be over $800.
