I had front end damage on the passenger side. The washer fluid well was also broken. I waited 6 weeks for the parts to come in, then went in on my appointment time. It took them over a month to complete the work. This was because they had to order more parts, one at a time. When the work was complete, I went on my way. A week later the shield under the car started dragging. I returned there and showed the guy who was handling the claim what happened. Never ever, i will do any business again in AutoNation Collision Center Delray.i dropped my car to be fix for a month they couldn't fix it .they charge me $3683 and when i tried to complain i asked for a manager or supervisor they told me there is no one charge here. never trust this place. zero recommendation to any one

I only gave this shop one start because I had at least pick one. This shop does not deserve a star at all! Do yourself a favor and do not take your automobile to the AutoNation Collision Center in Spring. Take your vehicle to the AutoNation Collision Center Houston North on 1-45 and 1960. When I had the vehicle towed to the shop on 5/7/22, I was advised that the vehicle would be taken apart on 5/8/22 and that an estimate would be timely provided to Allstate. I took my daughter's car to AutoNation body shop in Lake Worth and they fixed the car but after we got home we noticed there was a new damaged area on the vehicle that was not there when we took it to the shop. Looks like someone dropped a wrench on the pillar on the side of the windshield. I immediately called the shop and spoke with Pam, one of the estimators that worked with us and she just dismissed everything I was saying and said she took pictures "when the car was brought in." This is the absolute most unprofessional and irresponsible business I’ve ever worked with. My vehicle was involved in an accident and we had it towed to Autonation Collision in Spring. Jesse Vega was the consultant who did the intake. My first problem is the lack of communication, not returning phone calls, and making promises then not following through.
