Purchased a used car from the dealership. Adam was a great salesman; down to earth and easy to work with. When I brought the car for it's first oil change five months later, my local mechanic discovered some damage done to the oil pan that had to have originated when Bobby Rahal was getting it prepped for sale, so the oil pan needed replaced. I contacted them and they agreed to pay for the replacement part. Two thumbs way up for making it right.
We had another great experience with Garrett Crossman as usual. Even though this service was very minimal we were treated like we were spending a million dollars. We're very happy with the service we get at Hendrick and our advisor Garrett who we will be using again in the future when we plan to do some major services on our Lexus NX300.
I can't speak highly enough of this dealership!! I worked with Annel Acquah and the sales manager Cindy Morales. They went above and beyond to find me a car that met my needs and gave me the best deal on the car that I couldn't find anywhere else. They are both extremely trustworthy, reliable, professional, honest, and transparent. I will be referring everyone I know to these two, and I will be coming back in the future. If you want a truly fair price and outstanding service, go to them. A+++.
This is the DEALERSHIP FROM HELL! We purchased a new RZ350 online.We received an acknowledgement that all the papers were signed correctly. We arrived in Miani-one week later . We are picked up and brought to the dealer. Our bags were placed in the car and our personal info put into the car/app, The we are told to go to finance-where this fellow Todd-claims the papers were not [properly executed by my wife-and that the deal must be redone. I was an hour early for an appointment at 9:00 and I apologized for it when I arrived - 8:15 had been open last night and I scheduled for 9:00 instead. But due to a schedule mix up I had to try to get in early. I asked, and I was told the oil change may not start until 9:00, but someone would come see me right away and tell me If that could done. Absolutely the worst experience from a business in my life! They've had my car for over a month. They gave it back to me in such bad shape they had to take it back to the shop and finish it. That's currently where it is, for the last month. No communication. No updates. Nothing. I found out they had students doing my repairs without informing me. Just bought a 2026 UX 300h Sport. This my 4th car that I bought from Lexus of Watertown, my consultant was Xin Gu, he was extremely knowledgable in the car I was interested .
