Been to the dealer to get my oil changed, no major issues, the usual. The problems begin when you truly to get parts for your Lexus. Parts are inflated 20-30% over what other dealers charge like for example, ******************* Lexus in ********, **.

This dealership makes excuses and give customers the run around. I called on numerous occasions regarding my tags. I speak with someone different each time and get the run around. My temp tag is experience and I'm driving on expired tags which is illegal. Lexus of Route 10 won't send me new temp tags and haven't processed my paper work for me to receive my hard tags. Mr. ***** It is important to our dealer to make sure that you understand none of our staff members would consider lying to you for any reason. We would welcome the opportunity to send a second temporary tag to you, however the State of New Jersey requests that these 2nd temporary tags not be issued.
