Denied returning cust. discount I recently purchased a 2010 ES350 . I asked for my $1000 discount as promised by my previous salesman for a returning customer ( 2005 ) and my current salesman and was denied it.When the salesman in 2005 told me of the discount he DID NOT say there were any conditions or requirements to be met.No black ouit dates either. Very good service department Anytime I need service for my car they get me right in and have a courtesy car for me to drive while the repairs are being done on my car. They keep me informed as to what the problems are and try to fix all needed problems at once.
went to lexus to have my driver side trim panel replaced due to a dent i believe came from my elbow resting on the panel. my car is a 2021 RX 450 Hybrid i was told this is a one time replacement that the part was not defective that it was my fault there was a dent where my elbow rest on the panel!! i replied with Seriously? i weigh 130 pounds my elbow weighs probably 2 pounds so that would cause a dent? no, im sure it wouldn't > also my gas gauge wasn't reading my fuel as I had added gas and it took 2 days for it to read it ... read more
I try to schedule my Lexus IS for service every 5,000 miles. This is hard for me financially. I always bite the bullet and make it work and always call Robert Leinz to service my vehicle. Each time I call, he instantly knows who I am and the details about my car without having time to pull up my vehicle history. If my car needs anything, he will let me know and will try to get the best price possible on needed repairs. He completely understands if I cannot have my car serviced there because of the cost.
