Have been loyal Ray Catena customers for over 15 years. For our service needs, Brian Dominick is excellent and has very high customer service standards. When ever we have issues with our 2008 RX 350 Brian Dominick goes the extra mile to make sure our issues have been addressed and resolved. The technician Justin Alimonti is great. I have a 2008 RX 350 and my service advisor Brian Dominick is excellent. Whenever we have a problem with our RX350 Brian gets us in for service very promptly. Brian also keeps us updated on the status of our vehicle and if the vehicle needs to be kept for service for a long time he provides us a loaner car. Brian is a great asset to the dealership service department.
