Lexus of Omaha sold me a used vehicle and a few months later the entire fuel system failed. Leaving me stranded. 3k bill later and I have a car that operates. Soured on Lexus customer service and reliability. Nothing great lasts forever, not even Lexus superior quality. Stick to the 90s models if you want a reliable vehicle.

Business response:

We along with Lexus corporate have worked out a solution with the customer in which he is happy with.

They failed to put oil in my brothers car at oil change, then denied it and left him stranded. He was lucky his wife and kids weren't in car too. Lexus of Omaha said his car was too old and that's why it died. They refused to help him tow it to his destination . (He was moving to CA from NE. Car died in WY two days after "change"). They refused to help with any losses. It was a very sad and demoralizing, not to mention expensive!! experience for a family. Corp lexus said it was a dealership issue and refused to help as well.

Business response:

We did get legal involved in this case as the vehicle when brought in for service had mechanical issues that were denied to be fixed. Also a vehicle could not make it very far without any oil in it. It was left at a truck dealer in Wyoming. They have exhausted all their legal avenues to the best of my knowledge so we have no further comment or involvement. This happened over a year ago.
