Nick was courteous and helpful with my 60,000 mile service even doing extras to replace my missing door handle lock cover which was actually in stock.Price was very reasonable and all staff that I encountered were full of wonderful smiles . Courtesy coffee divine and donuts, bagels , TV and comfy waiting area made the time fly.Thank you

I am always happy with the service I receive at Lexus of Concord.. they sent me a video going over the inspection of my Vehicle they had my car ready when promised. Always a great experience. The rental department staff is always very helpful and kind. The greeter was very pleasant and attentive! Even offered coffee upon arrival, which I really enjoyed. The waiting room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Overall very happy with my experience at Lexus of Concord!
