Was there this past weekend… was treated terrible due to having accent and being from another country. Husband is a veteran of the United States. Was treated so poorly. Came with his own financing…. The vehicle was not even ready someone was driving it trashed. Sales person should of informed us that car would not be ready for a few days. Communication is the key in business this place needs education on that. Let alone how to be professional when working with a client that never been there before. Awesome service in a luxury setting I purchased a used Lexus last year and have been using this dealership for service ever since. Having never owned a luxury car, I am dazzled by the service department. Efficient, helpful, informative and speedy. I usually stay while the car is being fixed because the environment is luxurious. I bring my computer and can even work in a private, quiet office with internet access. They fixed all the stuff that was wrong with the car and have maintained it well.
