Totally missed Stewart. A great guy. We had worked with him for many years. He always took very good care of us - like a friend. Sorry he was gone. Lexus lost a great guy. The new person did a fine job for us. No complaints regarding him.
Kyle Xiong and Chad Jaschob provided excellent assistance with my pinch sensor warranty. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman, who then guided me to Jaden Burdick. These guys showed great hospitality and service.

As what is customary, when arriving at Bergstrom Lexus I was immediately greeted by a customer service representative who checked me in and confirmed my appointment. He then indicated that my service advisor would be visiting with me and confirming my required vehicle service. That occurred and we agreed on required service and that my Lexus would then be washed and cleaned then returned within the hour. All occurred without exception. Thank you. Paul
