From scheduling to completion of my service visit at Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton I was treated with respect and courtesy. Took our Lexus in for service yesterday and was promptly greeted and taken to my service advisor who confirmed the work needed on the car, printed out the paperwork for me to sign and told me the car would be ready in less than an hour. The vehicle service was completed in less than an hour and the vehicle was very clean when returned to me. I would definitely recommend Bergstrom Lexus for your service needs.
