Yeah, so, I own 4 Toyota vehicles so thought I'd hit the jackpot finding a good place close to home. They did service on a few of them, seemed to do a good job, then I get a $3,500 estimate for work that I was pretty sure did not need to be performed. I checked with 2 other reputable sources and they confirmed that the work was unnecessary. So now they have this fancy new facility that I'll never visit. Sad.
LexTechs has been taking care of my car since about the 100,000 mark. 250,000 miles later, she is still running great!!

First visit to the Decatur location after my free service from Toyota expired. Service was great, friendly staff, and clean and comfortable waiting area. Some regular customers walked in and I could tell they love using LexTechs. My 2017 Tacoma will return for future service.
During the time I lived in Decatur, I had my Highlander serviced regularly at Lextechs. I was always completely satisfied with their service and the way they answered any questions or concerns I had. On the day before I left to move to California, an alarm started going off indicating my rear hatch door was not closed. It was late on a Friday afternoon. This place is the best for everything Lexus and Toyota. They are very honest and trustworthy.I have taken my car here for the past two years after finding the business online and compared to anywhere else I have taken my cars, no matter the make, they are hands down the best.
