Amazing customer service all the way around! Excellent atmosphere. Lisa worked with my daughter and it was a stress free experience. It was worth the hour and a half drive... and yes we left with a beautiful gown.
This was my 2nd time to go in this store and get horrible service. Eye contact was made between us and the staff multiple times but nothing was said and there was no attempt to assist. When we finally found what we wanted to try on we asked for a room and they gave us the whole "oh you haven't been helped?" Bs in a tone like we made it up. I guess my money isn't good enough for them. Won't be returning.

I love the Sherri Hill gown that was purchased for my daughter for her pageant. The salesperson was extremely helpful. She helped us to choose a dress that complimented my daughter and her personality perfectly. She also helped us with shoes and accessories. The service and selection at Lex's was extraordinary. Thanks Gigi and ladies for making our day. My bff, Kristina found a fabulous dress for her Vegas wedding. And after not finding something at store one, then getting kicked out of store two (let us get started, then proceeded to kick us out for no appointment). Lex's was a breath of fresh air! Thanks to Gigi for the professional manner in which she handled a mishap with my daughters senior prom dress. Unfortunately a mistake was made and the same dress was sold to another young lady and my daughter. They travelled in the same circle and unfortunately both appear in the same dress in some of her photos. However, Gigi was very disappointed with the situation and the young lady on her staff who didn't follow proper procedures in registering the dresses was terminated. This was my first visit to Lex's of Cary Town it was a great experience with my grand daughter and I'll do it again. She loved the gowns so we bought both her gowns there, she will be going to two proms this year.
Always everything we expect! Professional, helpful, experienced service! We always leave with the the right dress!
