For the second time my daughter has been in the store to try to find a prom dress. The staff has not been helpful. The 1st time I was with her & they said she couldn't try on anything because it was January. Today her & her older sister were there & were ignored, told she couldn't try on dresses that she liked & made to feel like she was too big for anything they had (she is not at all large by any means). Lisa was SUPER helpful! They were all very busy, but professional and everyone had such a sense of urgency and helpful attitude. It was a great experience!
Spent an hour and a half with our personal assistant. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision nor did we ever feel pressured into making a purchase. Couldn't asked for better assistance. Very happy with our purchase and experience.

Crazy Prom season has nothing on the girls at Lex's!! Individual attention with the utmost efficiency.
This will be the 3rd time and EVERY time the personal attention not service (because you don't feel like they're providing you with a service) they give the young ladies and familes And friends is impeccable! Eventhough tey're so many undecided lol teenaged girls there at the same time they shower each of them with patience honest advice and great fashion tips. Keep up the great work!! Will always recommend!!
