My husband went on Friday 8/21 to get me a birthday bouquet, he got there at exactly 8am store was closed and he had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. Once inside there were no bouquets ready the worker rushed to make one & stated the roses were fresh but 8/25 4 days later half the roses are dying & wilting, for $230 for a bouquet you would think they would last AT LEAST one week. I was concerned after reading the reviews because when i do things for my person i want it as perfect as it could get. The roses were fresh and beautiful...they loved it!
Sam is absolutely amazing! This is the second time I've had to place a last minute order over the phone, and both experiences have been exceptional. He is incredibly patient, makes sure every detail is correct, and somehow always gets everything perfectly timed, even with such short notice. The customer service is truly top notch, and because of Sam, I'll always buy my roses from here, even if they cost a little more. The quality and service are worth every penny! P.S.
