Horrible! Dishonest scammers! Shameless! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered a special expensive box of roses for my sister's birthday in advance. In the morning, before my sister left for work. That day they called me and said that there were no such roses. Are you serious, guys? At the last minute? What were you thinking before?! And they didn't even try to apologize! NOTHING DELIVERED - LIED TO - MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT This was by far the WORST experience that I have ever had with Lex & Roses!! I placed an order well BEFORE 3PM. I was notified that the order was confirmed at 153PM. I was notified that the order was out for delivery and on its way at 313PM. I received a FALSE notice at 625PM that we weee missed. I purchased flowers yesterday, that were promised to be delivered today. I just got off the phone with FedEx and they updated me that the order label was just created today and that they they’re set for delivery for tomorrow- so a day late. On top of that though, they stated they have not received the order from the company so they have nothing to ship at this time!
