The baddest customer service ever they took 1 day to deliver my same day order delivery and messed up the nice surprise i had for my wife , when you contact them they took an hour to replied to your inquiry and when finally do is to tell that your item cannot be delivered. If i could post this review without a star you would have none from me for sure!

I will never ever order here agin .i order two boutique of 50 roses for me and my twin sister birthday . They only shipped out one bouquet of roses and marked both of them as delivered on ups. the other one is not here and my birthday has already passed .my sister got hers but I did not receive mine .mind you guys my total was 459.03 .I am piss .and will be attempting to contact the merchant about this during business hours .and I will update you guys on how it went .
