Absolutely unacceptable experience with Lex and Roses. They advertise same-day delivery, yet I placed my order over 24 hours in advance and still never received my flowers. I have contacted the store at least 8 times since 8 AM, and every single time I was told the same scripted response: “You’ll receive a text when your delivery is 45 minutes away.” I finally received that text at 3 PM… and by 7 PM, still no flowers. Horrible service I ordered flowers weeks in advance and couple hours before the occasion they said “sorry we don’t have any available” ruin the theme of the occasion and they promised a refund and they still haven’t refunded me or any email confirmation of our order being cancelled. Scammers

I was disappointed with my order. The flowers arrived wilted and did not look fresh at all. Also, the arrangement had fewer flowers than what was shown and described when I placed the order. Overall, it did not match the quality or quantity I expected.

Failure. The purchase estimate indicated a delivery window of 2:40–4:30 PM. No delivery occurred within that timeframe. An inquiry for an ETA was sent at 3:44 PM; the company did not respond until 5:33 PM, at which point the delivery location was closed. The company refused to rectify the late delivery unless a second shipping fee was paid.
