0 stars. Very unprofessional company, i ordered a specific bouquet of roses and they decided to use another type of flower in the bouquet. When i got there to pick up my “roses” i had mentioned why did they use that other type of flower when it was supposed to be only roses. The lady said she can change them out for me that it would take 30 minutes. I said no because i had a graduation to go to and had a very specific time on picking them up. To start the I bought the flowers for my 15 years anniversary, the flowers left the shop around 11 am , through the day I tried calling the shop to get an ETA and every time not one answer the phone I called around 5 different times , around 5:45 my phone was about to died I called again and once again not one picked up the phone , by the time I got a charger and my phone turned on I got a message from the driver saying he couldn’t get access to the community , I tried texting and calling the number and got not response , I ... read more

Never got the flowers fedex delivered to wrong addresd filed a claim with fedex and they couldn't retrieve the pacakage. All they keep telling me is that a manager has to approve it and this has been since saturday. I had to file a dispute with my bank whivh will probably take longer since they cant issue the refund because of no manager approval.
