Girl staff at counter very rude and dismissive saw her being rude to multiple people. She was also walking around while guy was trying to be helpful and asking her about all the coffee orders they had which she would not do.
I’ve had disappointing service experiences here in the past, but today completely changed my opinion. Two young staff members, Dogacan and Ovunc have recently started, and they were outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain the desserts in detail, answered our questions patiently, and made us feel truly well taken care of. Katie was so sweet and took great care of us! Eden’s cafe late & cappuccino were only visually appealing but absolutely delicious! This is our favorite place to come when we come to Bellevue!
The staff is incredibly helpful in helping you make a selection. What a treat.
The pastry and coffee were great, and the ambience was very nice with unique flavored pastries on display. The service was great too, very accommodating.
