Would give 0 if I could. Ignored all outreach after we submitted the an application (we were the first application submissions confirmed by them at the time of submitting). After numerous attempts to get an update and see if they needed more information, they responded saying if we wanted to put a hold on the apartment we should send them another $500. Everyone thinks they are a model customer and really easy to deal with. Here it is for the rest of us who are willing to acknowledge we are hard to please, paranoid as f%&$, and unwilling to accept that sometimes, things are good AND true. TL;DW2R: I lost my cool and got too anxious after reading many horror stories of people getting scammed by apartment agents.
