They only use US Mail to deliver and respond to CLUE requests, something that could be completely offered online. If this was 1983, this would be acceptable. This is 2025. Given they deliver most of their solutions online this is deliberate and a clear nuisance for the requestor.
I have been trying to dispute inaccurate information on my LexisNexis consumer report for over three months, and the experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ve called multiple times, and every time the customer service representatives sound uninterested, dismissive, and unwilling to help. It’s as if they don’t care about the very real impact this has on people’s lives.
Lexisnexis is a corrupt company. Do not get near them. They have made 2 inquiries to the credit bureaus on my credit report In the last 2 years and cannot tell me why. When I called them at their office in Alpharetta, ga the representative hung up on me after I waited on hold for over 30 minutes.
