Incorrect and inaccurate driving record
I have an accident in their record in 2020. I was not even living in US in that date. The worst is that i have been trying for the past 6 months to solve it. To call them you need to wait 60 min. They have no any branches and they only operate on call and you have to wait a long time.
It was one of the WORST customer service experience!!!! The rep DID NOT listen to anything . I provided her the reference number and the date of the incident I'm disputing, she stated there's nothing there for 4/14/21. I informed her that wasn't the date I said 5/14/21 something is there I gave you the reference # from my insurance company can you repeat it. Of course the reference number was wrong. Nothing was accomplished and I honestly don't know where to go.

Don’t even know why hell they have requested my driving record 12x I don’t even live in Pa and had car last 3 years super suspicious
