It was one of the WORST customer service experience!!!! The rep DID NOT listen to anything . I provided her the reference number and the date of the incident I'm disputing, she stated there's nothing there for 4/14/21. I informed her that wasn't the date I said 5/14/21 something is there I gave you the reference # from my insurance company can you repeat it. Of course the reference number was wrong. Nothing was accomplished and I honestly don't know where to go.
