UPDATE: **** I have changed my review based on my recent experience working with the warranty team and construction of my home. My garage was not insulated in my home and the humidity in the garage has caused extensive damage to my newly painted drywall on the interior of my garage. The warranty department is doing everything in their power to point the blame on me, even though there is no heating sources in my garage.
