Former resident. Please note - all of these stellar reviews are about a TOUR from NON RESIDENTS. Its' obvious that Madeline has requested positive reviews with possible incentives. Please look through for actual reviews. I left due to mismanagement and lies, as well as things not being fixed (like my apartment being 90+ degrees for over a week and iced over AC hoses but they kept claiming there was nothing they could do). Buyer Beware!!
I lived here for one year and the apartment overall is fine, but it’s kind of a sketchy neighborhood and my car was broken into while living here. Really flaky maintenance and overall management. I called, emailed, and visited the office for months after moving out to ask about my security deposit and did not hear back once. I never received any money back and additionally I was contacted by a debt collector several months later for an outrageous amount. Not worth your time or money.
I've lived in one of the townhomes here for a few years now and since Millennia took over everything is all bad. They cant keep a property manager. The people in the leasing office is shiesty as hell. (REVIEWS ABOUT MADELINE ARE A LIE! THE MAJORITY OF THE REVIEWS CAME FROM NON TENANTS THAT NEVER MOVED IN!!) No matinance, security, or snow removal. They cut back on lawn care because it looks terrible over there. THEY DONT REPAIR ANYTHING!! its so bad here the majority of the units are empty. My experience here at Lexington Village has been awesome!! I have lived here for over a year now and I’ve loved it! The apartments are nice inside with central AC and heat. I love how beautiful the little community is and the management at the leasing office has always been nice and professional. Sharonda has been really great, and she helps where she can. Maintenance can be kind of slow to respond sometimes but they are trying to service the whole complex so I can understand. I recommend this place to anyone that is thinkin... read more
